HeartBreath™ is a holistic and proven practice that utilizes intention, connection to heart, and a combination of pranayama-like (nasal) and holotropic-style (open mouth) often referred to as Conscious Connected or Conscious Circular Breathing to activate the body and move energy to enable the healing process.
Tapping into this work means that you are more intentional in your choices that create health and wellness.
Those intentions along with this breathwork practice take you to a place that is nothing short of transformational and as a result can lead to changes in your inner and outer world in an accelerated fashion in ways that often feel less complicated.

1 x 75-minute LIVE online or in person (local/case by case) HeartBreath™ session.
Sessions include setting your intention for the session and 24-hour post session check-in as well as a brief post session debrief/coaching to help the client integrate the experience.
